Kate Chase, LMP, Zero Balancer & MBA candidate at Bainbridge Graduate Institute was just asked to write feature article for April 2010 WA State American Massage Therapy Association's 'Green' issue. Topic: building sustainability into a massage therapy business plan.
To clients I would ask: is it important to you that your massage therapist has a plan for sustainability in their business plan - meaning they prioritize people, planet, and profit while also providing the service of massage? Tell me a story!

Food for the season
Times are changing with food.... I work with a lot of folks on digestive and reproductive issues so I know this is a really hot topic.
The NY Times just had a great article about food.
Who's the nutritional gatekeeper in your house? http://tinyurl.com/d36n6n
And, what's your cooking personality? Check out the NY Times - http://tinyurl.com/c7x2nu
Personally, I think I'm about 50/50 "Giving" and "Healthy" cook... What are you?
Have fun!
